3.2 Jurisdiction. 3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or through proxies — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
3.5 lk168 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents confirming age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by lk168 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending compliance.
4.1 To access the full range of lk168 services you must complete the registration process, which requires you to provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen username, and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.
4.2 lk168 will send a one-time PIN (OTP) to your registered mobile number to verify your identity at the point of registration. You agree not to attempt to circumvent this verification step.
4.3 You must not use another person's mobile number or personal information to register. Any Account found to contain false or fraudulent registration information is subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
4.4 lk168 may, in its sole discretion, decline to open an Account for any applicant without providing reasons. lk168 may also require enhanced verification (KYC) from any User at any time as a condition of continued account access or withdrawal processing.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received to your registered mobile number.
5.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Account sharing for any purpose — including allowing another person to place wagers on your behalf — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
5.3 You agree to notify lk168 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. lk168 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.4 lk168 may apply additional security measures including device verification, OTP authentication on new devices, and session management controls. You agree to cooperate with such measures as part of your use of the Platform.
6.1 lk168 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers are stated in the Platform wallet section and are subject to change.
6.2 All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own legal name. lk168 does not accept deposits from payment methods held by third parties.
6.3 Deposits are credited to your Account Wallet upon confirmation of receipt. lk168 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which lk168 accepts no responsibility.
6.4 lk168 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source payment method if the deposit triggers a risk review or KYC requirement and the User fails to complete the required verification within the specified period.
6.5 lk168 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party e-wallets not listed above, or cash deposits.
7.1 Withdrawals may be requested at any time subject to the conditions set out in this Section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the Platform.
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method that (a) was previously used to make a deposit, or (b) is verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. lk168 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.3 lk168 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya requests during normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary due to payment provider delays, risk review requirements, or technical factors outside lk168's immediate control.
7.4 lk168 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected policy breach, or resolution of a pending dispute. In such cases, lk168 will notify the User of the reason and estimated timeline to the extent permissible.
7.5 Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement may not be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw uncleared bonus funds will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
7.6 lk168 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on withdrawals and to request supporting documentation for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
8.1 lk168 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, Wagering Requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.
8.2 Unless specifically stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonuses are credited in a non-withdrawable format and must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
8.3 Only one promotional offer may be active at any one time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses cannot be combined unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly permit it.

9.1 All games on the lk168 Platform are governed by the rules specific to each game as provided within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
9.2 All wagers placed are final once confirmed. lk168 will not reverse, void, or refund wagers once a game round has commenced, except in circumstances involving a verifiable technical malfunction or game error.
9.3 In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or data corruption that affects game outcome, lk168 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the User's Wallet. lk168 is not liable for any additional losses arising from game errors.

12.1 lk168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where lk168 determines or reasonably suspects:

12.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting lk168 support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.
12.4 Accounts with no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months may be deemed dormant. lk168 will make reasonable efforts to notify you of dormant account status prior to applying any maintenance charges or closure procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lk168 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit.
14.2 lk168's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 lk168 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from malware or other harmful components. lk168 takes reasonable technical measures to ensure Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
14.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits lk168's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by lk168's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.
14.5 You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that lk168 makes no representation as to the likelihood of winning in any game. All wagers are made voluntarily and at your own risk.
15.1 lk168 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

16.1 lk168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. 16.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact lk168 to request account closure.
16.3 lk168 recommends that you review this Agreement periodically. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute.
17.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.2 In the event of a dispute between you and lk168, you are encouraged to first contact lk168 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. lk168 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a timely and fair manner.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory or judicial body with jurisdiction under Philippine law. Where the dispute concerns a matter subject to PAGCOR oversight, the procedures of PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework shall apply.
17.4 You agree that any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be conducted in the English language and filed in the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
